Tommorrow, Družba za upravljanje terjatev bank, d. d., will begin selling apartment units in the second wing of the Celovški dvori residential complex in Ljubljana. 51 apartments will offered for sale with a 30-day open house viewing period, where potential buyers will be invited to submit their bids. Based on market research and experience from the first round of sales, the selling prices will be published at www.celovskidvori.eu on 17 January 2017, when the apartment sales open.

In the first stage of the sale, the number of binding bids exceeded the number of available apartments in the first block of the Celovški dvori residential complex, and all 56 units were immediately sold. There will therefore not be a second round. A new set of 51 apartments will be available for bidding in mid-January 2017, while the remaining 119 apartments and commercial premises will be put on sale in the spring of 2017.

The sale of apartments in the Celovški dvori residential complex is proceeding according to plan. Cleaning and refurbishment is currently underway on a new set of 51 apartments located in the second wing. They are expected to be offered to buyers as early as the beginning of next year. These include 5 studio apartments, 21 one-bedroom apartments, 17 two-bedroom apartments and 8 three-bedroom apartments. Due to increased demand, the sale process and the open-house viewing period will be shortened from 45 to a maximum of 30 days.
