The first chapter of the success story was written in 1961 in Australia, when founder Gerry Harvey, together with the trader Ian Norman in the suburbs of Sydney opened the first store, then focused on the sale of electrical appliances. More than fifty years later, Harvey Norman remains at the top and boasting with offices in New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Ireland, Croatia and of course in Slovenia, where we have been present since 2002.
