Spacious house in an urban and well-maintained settlement available for rent from February 2026 onwards.We are renting a nicely maintained house, located in a quiet residential area about 15 minutes drive from Ljubljana. It is situated in close proximity to all infrastructure, such as shops, a pharmacy, public transport, and sports and recreational facilities.
The house is spatially divided into: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, a separate kitchen, and in the semi-basement floor there is a large room for recreation or other hobbies. On the ground floor of the house, there are also two garages. In front of the house, it is possible to park at least two more cars.
The house is partially furnished and
ready to move in immediately. Landlord's condition for concluding the contract:
- the family should not exceed more than 5 family members;
- Dogs or cats are not allowed in the house,
- the lease agreement is concluded for at least 25 months;
- a deposit of 3,500 EUR
- the tenant assumes payment of part of the cost of drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following agent actions: execution of the handover of the property and drafting of the report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, i.e. the tenant pays 2,200 EUR plus 22% VAT on the advertised rent, which amounts to a total of 2,684 EUR. VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
