Landlord’s conditions for concluding the contract:
- Minimum lease term of 36 months,
- Security deposit amount: 5,000 EUR,
- Suitable for a larger family,
- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e., preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following agent activities: conducting the handover of the property and preparing the handover report, assisting with the transfer of subscriptions, preparing and storing photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 4,000 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 4,880 EUR VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!

-  The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e., the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the property handover and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 3,750 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 4,575 EUR, together with the advertised rent and lease duration. VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
