We rent out nice offices in a newer building in the center of Domžale. They are located on the first floor of the building with a lift. Several rooms also have a meeting room. The offices belong to three parking spaces; There are plenty of free parking spaces nearby. The cost of the summer is about 200 euros per month, in winter, a bit more or after consumption. It is possible to rent a warehouse with a loading ramp in the ground floor of the building approximately 35 m2 for 295 euros; ceiling height approx. 4 m with sectional door. Premises are emptied empty without equipment. The building is protected, with 24 hour access possible. The lessor makes the conclusion of a lease conditional upon the division of payment of the mediation commission in the amount of two monthly gross rents plus VAT, in the manner that the lessee pays 1 (half) of the said obligation, i.e. the amount of one month final agreed gross rent plus 22% VAT.
