Landlord's condition for concluding the deal:
-  Minimum lease term of 60 months, 
-  Security deposit amount: 5,200 EUR,
-  The tenant must be a 100% VAT taxpayer, 
- The tenant shall bear part of the additional services costs, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and retention of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the real estate company's general terms and conditions, so that the tenant, for the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 2,601.45 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 3,173.77 EUR,
