Rental conditions:

• Security deposit: two months' rent 
• The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional intermediary services (lease contract drafting, handover, minutes, subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material) in the amount of 1,500 EUR + 22% VAT (total 1,830.00 EUR), according to the real estate company’s price list.
