• 2 large bedrooms + 1 study,
• 2 bathrooms and a small storage room inside the apartment, and
• a 10 m2 storage room in the basement.
  
  The owner recently renovated the electrical installations, the parquet flooring is very well preserved, the kitchen is new, and the rest of the furniture is from the same period as the building. 
  
  The building also has a shared bicycle storage room, there is no elevator, and the apartment is available for immediate occupancy. 

Landlord’s condition for concluding the contract:

- Minimum lease term of 25 months,
- Security deposit amount: 3,000 EUR,
- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1,500 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1,830 EUR, VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
