Location:
In the urban area of Grosuplje, just 5 minutes on foot from the elementary school, with quick access to the highway and all other infrastructure, we are renting a fully furnished house. The house is only a 10-minute drive from Ljubljana and also has connections with Ljubljana public transport – bus no. 3G.

Description & Layout of the House:
The semi-detached house has 3 floors as follows:

  • Lower ground floor: larger entrance hall, large garage for one car, recreation room, WC, and boiler room, where two large hot water tanks, a water filtration system, and a network cabinet are located.
  • Main floor: open kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, room/bedroom, utility room, and guest WC. At the back, there is a large terrace with a built-in fireplace and summer kitchen. The terrace can also be accessed from the front side of the house.
