We are renting a multifunctional commercial space, a self-contained unit on the lower ground floor of a larger office building with high ceilings and large high windows. The space includes shared use of common sanitary facilities, which are not charged in the rent. The rental price for one office, including 22% VAT, is 659 euros per month.
