The apartment offers beautiful green views and is adorned with high ceilings, giving it a petite bourgeois charm.
The design of this apartment was inspired by Parisian charm, as known from luxurious residences in the heart of Paris. The interior combines top-quality pieces from renowned European manufacturers with unique creations by the best Slovenian craftsmen – carpenters, stonemasons, glassmakers, and artists.
Entrance area
Upon arrival, you are greeted by a floating cabinet made of black oak veneer and ceramic, complemented by a large round wall mirror that adds depth and elegance to the space.
The opposite wall is covered with works by renowned Slovenian academicians. The wardrobe cabinets in a green tone reach up to the ceiling, and discreet doors lead to the guest toilet, where the space is enriched with a sculpture from Greece and graphics by Rudi Španzl – Barbara Celjska.
The space is complemented by the designer lounge chair Rico in boucle fabric, with the finishing touch being the artwork "Golden Prague".
Living area
The centerpiece of the apartment is the luxurious living room, designed with pieces from top Italian manufacturers and custom-made elements. The dining area is adorned with an oval dining table made of black veneer with an impressive Calacatta Viola ceramic top, surrounded by eight velvet Cali chairs by Dietre. Above the table hang prestigious IL FANALE lamps, creating an ambiance of two planets in the room.
The kitchen is a masterpiece made of NEOLITH Everest Sunrise technical stone, equipped with Miele, Liebherr appliances, and a Bora cooktop. For wine lovers, there is also a Liebherr wine cabinet for 32 bottles with dual cooling zones. The refrigerator includes an integrated ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped – porcelain and cutlery for 12 persons, along with various crystal glasses for all occasions.
In the living area stands out a monumental Dietre sofa in light boucle fabric with a lounge part diameter of 2.2 m and movable backs. The workspace features an oval Eclipse table made of black oak veneer, surrounded by a woolen Layered rug. Tall bookcases with smoked glass elegantly conceal the printer, while the ambiance is illuminated by the iconic Twiggy floor lamp (Foscarini). The wall is complemented by a vibrant green artwork by academician Boris Zaplatil.
Master bedroom
The bedroom is designed as a retreat into luxury. Built-in wardrobes up to 3.3 m high offer plenty of space. The centerpiece is a bed measuring 200 x 200 cm with a soft upholstered headboard, accompanied by Dedalo nightstands from the Italian brand Pianca. Special elegance is provided by Poppy wallpaper in a black frame and an oval veneer dresser with a stone top and Merlaki handles. The apartment is equipped with quality mattresses, four sets of satin bedding, and quilted blankets and pillows filled with Siberian down.
Bathroom
The bathroom adjoining the bedroom impresses with a double stone sink built into oak veneer furniture. The space is enriched with an artwork by a Slovenian author featuring a floral motif.
Guest room
The guest room is designed as a story of travel. Two walls are decorated with London Art wallpaper, complemented by black wall cladding. The centerpiece is a soft rounded Puppet bed, alongside leather and metal nightstands, and designer lamps from Spain (Dedalo and Vita). A large semicircular mirror visually divides the space and opens the view towards the garden. Additional comfort is provided by a floating Madame table with a mirror.
Art and details
The apartment is adorned with a rich collection of artworks by renowned Slovenian academic painters – Boris Zaplatil, Rudi Španzl, Viktor Šest, Narcis Kandžarđić, Milan Todić, Tomaž Kržišnik, Zlatko Prah, and others. Each room is enriched with selected decorative pieces, as well as porcelain and crystal in the kitchen.

Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:
- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services 4926 EUR plus 22% VAT, total EUR 6009,72
