We are renting a ground floor house near three international schools.
The ground floor house has, as you can see in the pictures, a very high ceiling at the ridge of almost 5 meters. The living area has access to a terrace, which is located in the shade of conifers, and there is a grill next to the terrace. In the sleeping area of the house, there are 2 bedrooms (the master bedroom has its own shower), 2 offices, a bathroom, a hallway with plenty of closets, and a storage room for the kitchen.
In the basement level, there is a large utility room, boiler room, storage, a large party room, and a SPA with Finnish and Infrared saunas.
Next to the house, there is parking for two cars, a garage and a closed carport.
The house is of newer construction, well insulated, and has very low operating costs. Heating is underfloor, there are two air conditioning units in the house, and a solar power plant, so it has very low operating costs.
The house is fully furnished and ready to move in immediately.
Landlord's condition for concluding the contract:
- Minimum lease term 36 months,
- Security deposit amount two months' rent,
- The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e. drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the minutes, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of EUR 3,600 plus 22% VAT, totaling EUR 4,392, VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
