Landlord’s condition for concluding the deal:
- Minimum rental period of 12 months,
- The amount of the security deposit is 1900 EUR,
- The tenant shall bear the cost of part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant, at the advertised rent and lease term, pays a one-time fee for additional services of 950 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1159 EUR
