Landlord’s condition for concluding the contract: The tenant agrees to pay for part of the additional services, i.e., the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following agent activities: conducting the handover of the property and drafting the report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of EUR 4,500 plus 22% VAT, totaling EUR 5,490, based on the advertised rent and the expected lease duration of 25 months.
Lessor's condition for concluding a deal:
- Minimum rental period 25 months,
- The security deposit amounts to: 2 rents,
- The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 4.500 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 5.490
VAT is charged only on additional services, not on rent!
