The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e. drafting the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the handover of the property and drafting of the report, cooperation in transferring subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, according to the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 1,100 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 1,342 EUR, in addition to the advertised rent and lease duration.
VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
The lessee accepts part of the additional services in payment, i.e. drawing up the rental agreement, which includes the following actions of the intermediary: execution of the handover of the real estate and drawing up of minutes, participation in the transcription of subscriptions, preparation and storage of image material, in accordance with the price list specified in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays the advertised rent and duration of the lease one-off amount for additional services EUR 1.100 plus 22% VAT, total EUR 1.342
