Rental conditions:

• Deposit: two months’ rent
• The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional intermediary services (preparation of the lease contract, handover, minutes, subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material) amounting to 1,500 EUR + 22% VAT (total 1,830.00 EUR), according to the real estate company’s price list.
