The space is heated, air-conditioned, and ventilated, richly equipped with electrical and communication connections, burglar and fire alarm protected, has an integrated access control system, and is equipped with optical fiber. The floors are covered with textile flooring.

Operating costs: €4.66/m2 + VAT and include: electricity consumption, water, heating or cooling of the premises, maintenance of the freight elevator, maintenance of the heating plant, snow removal and lawn maintenance, active fire protection and technical inspections, technical security of the building, and building insurance.

Parking spaces:
possibility to rent parking spaces at a favorable price of €35/space/month + VAT. Parking up to 30 minutes is free. Rental of a larger number of parking spaces is possible.

The premises are available for immediate occupancy. 

Landlord’s condition for concluding the contract:

-  Minimum lease term of 25 months,
-  The amount of the security deposit equals the amount of two monthly rents,
-  The tenant assumes payment of part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the handover of the property and preparation of the handover report, assistance with the transfer of subscriptions, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company, so that the tenant pays a one-time fee for additional services of 2,587 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 3,156.14 EUR, based on the advertised rent and lease duration.
