We rent a multipurpose commercial space, an independent unit on the low ground floor of a larger commercial building with high ceilings.

The space is heated, air-conditioned, and ventilated, richly equipped with electrical and communication connections, burglar and fire technically secured, has a built-in system for controlling entries and exits, and is equipped with optical cable. The floors are covered with textile flooring.

Operating costs: €4.66/m2 + VAT and include: electricity consumption, water, heating or cooling of the premises, maintenance of the freight elevator, maintenance of the heat station, snow removal and lawn maintenance, active fire protection and technical inspections, technical security of the building, and building insurance.

Parking spaces:
possibility to rent a large number of parking spaces at €35 + VAT per space (limited to 4), for each additional space the price is €55 / space / month. Parking for visitors up to 30 minutes is free of charge.

The seller's condition for the sale: The purchaser pays The Real Estate Transfer Tax, which amounts to 2 % of the sales price.
