We have available a space for recreational activities which has its own sanitary facilities, with separate showers for men and women, multiple water connection points with drains, and a fairly open floor plan.
The current equipment can be completely removed, but if you find any of the equipment suitable, it can remain in use.
The building is located in an easily accessible location in the immediate vicinity of a public transport stop, and there are many free parking spaces available behind the building.
We are looking for a long-term tenant who will arrange the space according to their needs.

Landlord’s condition for concluding the contract:
- Minimum lease term 25 months,
- Security deposit amount: 3,000 EUR,
- The tenant assumes payment for part of the additional services, i.e. the preparation of the lease agreement, which includes the following actions by the agent: execution of the property handover and preparation of the handover report, assistance with subscription transfers, preparation and storage of photographic material, in accordance with the price list stated in the general terms and conditions of the real estate company so that the tenant pays a one-time amount for additional services of 2,300 EUR plus 22% VAT, totaling 2,806 EUR, VAT is charged only on additional services, not on the rent!
